Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing a Service, enrolling in a workshop (online or offline), or subscribing to any service offered by Optimadvice (operated under the registered entity: Optimadvice Business Consulting LLP, here in after referred to as “Optimadvice”).
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Once purchased, all courses, workshops, and services provided by Optimadvice are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
However, in the case of courses or workshops (online/offline), you may:
Note: Requests for batch changes or candidate name transfers must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Requests received after this period will not be considered.
If a registered participant fails to attend the course/workshop, they will be marked as absent and No additional access or extensions will be provided beyond the original validity No refunds or compensation will be issued
All decisions related to batch transfers, refunds, and cancellations are solely at the discretion of Optimadvice. We reserve the right to approve or deny such requests based on individual circumstances.
Subscription Payment Refund Policy Subscription-based payments made for access to Optimadvice's tools, services, or platforms are non-refundable once processed.
Customers may, however, cancel upcoming billing cycles to avoid future charges.
To cancel a to subscription you may cancel directly via your payment provider (e.g., Google Pay, Razorpay, etc.) Or email us at hello@optimadvice.com with your cancellation request ,We encourage customers to cancel well in advance of the next billing date to ensure a smooth process.
TTECHNICAL ISSUES
If you experience technical difficulties during any course or workshop Please contact our support team via the email provided in the course/workshop FAQ section. Our team aims to respond within 14 business days, If it is confirmed that the issue is due to a technical fault from Optimadvice, and we are unable to resolve it, you will be eligible for a full refund.
Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after your concern has been acknowledged and verified.
Please note: Refunds will not be issued for issues related to a participant’s own device, internet connection, or other third-party software/hardware problems.
